As accounted on our main AGM and Articles page, and communicated by email to Members, this year the exceptional circumstances of the Coronavirus oblige us to present the business of the 2020 AGM digitally.

At 6.00pm on Wednesday 6 May 2020, Members will be able to view our Chairman John Gilhooly OBE here, accounting all the business of the AGM and the outcomes of voting on all resolutions. As social distancing prevents us getting together in person, all votes have been cast by Members in advance by our proxy voting form.
