AGM PROXY VOTING FORM

All Members of the Royal Philharmonic Society have the right to vote at the Annual General Meeting scheduled for 6pm on Wednesday 22 May 2024. The Notice of our 2024 AGM – outlining the business to be addressed and the usual matters requiring a vote – can be found on our website here.


We are so pleased to see RPS Members at the AGM but those who cannot attend can still vote, using this proxy voting form. In the form, you can indicate how you wish to vote on all resolutions detailed in the Notice of the AGM, and raise any questions or comments arising from any of the matters to be addressed. All proxy voting forms must be submitted by 6pm on Monday 20 May 2024.

I certify that I am a Member of the Royal Philharmonic Society and hereby give my proxy to RPS Honorary Secretary and Chair designate Angela Dixon, authorising her to vote on my behalf on the following matters at the AGM on Wednesday 22 May 2024.

4. I hereby approve of awarding the RPS Gold Medal to Thomas Adès:
