All Members of the Royal Philharmonic Society have the right to vote at the Annual General Meeting scheduled for 7.00pm on Tuesday 12 May 2026. The Notice of our 2026 AGM – outlining the business to be addressed and the usual matters requiring a vote – can be found on our website here.

We are so pleased to see RPS Members at the AGM but those who cannot attend can still vote, using this proxy voting form. In the form, you can indicate how you wish to vote on resolutions detailed in the Notice of the AGM, and raise any questions or comments arising from any of the matters to be addressed. All proxy voting forms must be submitted by 6pm on Monday 11 May 2026.
