Annual General Meeting - Proxy Vote

All Members of the Royal Philharmonic Society have the right to vote at the Annual General Meeting and any other meeting of Members where a vote is held. The Notice of our 2020 AGM - and all papers relevant to the meeting - can be found on our website here. If a Member is unable to attend, they can complete the Proxy Form below.

certify that I am a Member of the Royal Philharmonic Society and hereby give my proxy to the Chair of the meeting, authorising him/her to vote on my behalf on any item or issue arising at the Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 6 May 2020. If the meeting is adjourned, I understand that this proxy will be valid for 30 days from the original meeting date.
Members should indicate below how they wish to vote (yes / no / abstain) on all the issues calling for a vote at the meeting. Should you wish to approve (vote yes for) all items in this instance, you may for ease simply tick the following box:
