Sunny Anderson is a Scottish tuba player currently studying at the Royal College of Music. She first began tuba lessons through her local authority at age ten with tuba player Neil McAllister, and later with French horn player Fergus Kerr. As well as several East Renfrewshire ensembles, Sunny played as principal tuba for the West of Scotland Schools Concert Band, West of Scotland Schools Symphony Orchestra, and National Concert Band of Great Britain.

At RCM Sunny is enjoying performing with a variety of ensembles and orchestral placements, as well as with her brass quintet and other student-led groups. For the last two years she has worked as a teaching assistant at the Scottish Schools Orchestra Trust summer course. In the Autumn term Sunny will begin her second year at RCM, where she will continue her studies with Peter Smith.
