Dorote Vdovinskyte
RPS Julius Isserlis Scholar 2021
A note from Dorote
'The RPS Julius Isserlis Scholarship will be used to fund my Masters degree at the Hochschule Luzern in Switzerland where I will be studying with Konstantin Lifschitz. I am very excited to be accepted into his reputable piano class. While studying there I will seek to deepen and broaden my musical skills, gain proficiency in the German language and become comfortable in a new cultural environment. I look forward to meeting like-minded musicians and diving into new exciting projects.
This opportunity will not only give me a fresh perspective on my profession, but will help me in establishing important cultural links and cultivating new artistic opportunities. Through this, I hope to establish a base as an artist in Continental Europe alongside the one that I have here in the UK.'
