The date you would like the Gift Membership to be activated. Please note that the Gift Membership will be valid for 12 months after this date.

Please note our office is open Monday to Friday 9.30am - 5.30pm, and our team will process your Gift Membership as soon as possible.

Please tell us who we should contact if you or the recipient would like to renew the Membership a year from it being activated.

If you would like to write a message, we will include it in the gift letter to the recipient.

Once you have submitted your form, you will be redirected to a webpage confirming your submission. A member of the RPS team will then be in touch shortly confirming the Membership and with details of how you can pay.
