Two prizes valued at £5,000 (RPS Albert and Eugenie Frost Prize) and £2,500 (RPS Emily Anderson Prize) will be awarded to outstanding young string players.

How can I apply?
Both prizes are awarded through the annual Young Classical Artists Trust (YCAT) auditions.
All eligible YCAT applicants will be considered for the prize.
YCAT promotes, nurtures and supports outstanding young soloists and chamber musicians at the beginning of their professional careers, as a stepping stone towards commercial representation. New YCAT artists are selected via their annual audition process.
