RPS Awards Submission

This is our online portal for individuals, ventures and organisations that have been nominated for consideration at the RPS Awards to make what submissions we require to share with panels.

(Please note, this is for those who have already been nominated. This year's nominations closed on 23 September 2026.)

Before submitting, please ensure your submission complies with the guidelines we shared with you by email. As needs be, click the guidelines link for your category below. We particularly encourage you to ensure that all hyperlinks work - and remain accessible till the end of 2026 - as there will not be a chance for us to chase up broken links later.

We regret that incomplete or late submissions cannot be forwarded to panels to consider and, given the large volume of nominations, we cannot pass on supplementary files or materials. Anything you wish to share with the panel should be linked within your submission document.

To submit:

1.    Please click on ‘Make your submission’ link for your category below.

2.    This will direct you to the RPS Dropbox. Here it will ask you to upload your submission.

Once all our panels have met towards the end of the year, we will be in touch with those people whose submissions have been shortlisted. Owing to sheer volume, we regret we cannot be in touch with everyone who submitted an entry.

The complete shortlist will be announced in on Monday 25 January in association with BBC Radio 3, and the winners revealed at the RPS Awards on Thursday 11 March 2027 at the Queen Elizabeth Hall at London's Southbank Centre.

Latest news about the RPS Awards can be found on our website here and also on our social media @RoyalPhilSoc.

Thank you so much for your help, and best wishes from the RPS team.
