The Royal Philharmonic Society Music Awards were presented at The Brewery on Wednesday 9 May 2018.

The RPS Music Awards presentation and dinner is a great evening out for classical music and the perfect opportunity to network with, and entertain, your supporters, trustees, musicians, colleagues, community leaders and influencers, and to connect with other organisations around the country. Beginning with a sparkling wine reception, it's an extraordinary evening of fine music, award winning dinner and wine, live music, passionate discussion, and great company.

Sir Nicholas Serota, himself a formidable cultural champion, and currently Chair of the Arts Council, delivered the keynote speech and the silver lyre trophies were presented to the winners across thirteen categories by Judith Weir CBE, Master of The Queen's Music. Our BBC hosts for the evening are Petroc Trelawny and Georgia Mann - and of course there will be lots more musical surprises in store.
