Daniel studies percussion at Royal Birmingham Conservatoire. He grew up in Essex and was a junior student at the Royal Academy of Music for a number of years. Daniel is a versatile musician, and alongside his percussion studies, he has achieved an ARSM diploma in piano, plays drum kit in a band headlining gigs around London, and performs as a session musician.

He is also experienced as a soloist, performing in concert halls including Cadogan Hall. In 2024, he was awarded Second Prize at the Southern Percussion Tuned Percussion Competition in the Under 17 category.
