Esther is in her second year at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, where she studies oboe with Peter Dykes. In the coming academic year, she looks forward to starting cor anglais lessons with Henry Clay. Before beginning her undergraduate studies, Esther attended the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland Junior Department, where she studied oboe with Stephen West.

In 2024 and 2025, Esther was a member of The National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain, performing in concert venues across the UK, including the BBC Proms at the Royal Albert Hall. She performed with conductors including Sir Mark Elder, Jessica Cottis and Jaime Martín.

Since beginning her studies at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, Esther has performed with both the Wind Orchestra and Symphony Orchestra. She is also a member of the Autumn Quintet, which reached the final of the Governors' Recital Prize for Chamber Music.
