Jack Izard is a timpanist and percussionist studying at the Royal Academy of Music with Sam Walton and Patrick King. Originally from Buckinghamshire, Jack was a member of both the Buckinghamshire County Youth Orchestra and Wind Ensemble. Alongside his studies at the Royal Academy of Music’s Junior Department, he competed in the Buckinghamshire Young Musician competition and appeared as a soloist at the Aylesbury Waterside Theatre. 

Since starting his undergraduate studies, Jack has performed with the Young Musicians Symphony Orchestra at Cadogan Hall, as well as with various other orchestras across London and the surrounding area.
