Cheltenham Music Festival takes place from 8-15 July, and features a rich programme taking advantage of the beautiful Costwolds surroundings. Launched in 1945, the Festival continues to celebrate classical music in its 78th year.

The programme features the premiere of a new work by Soosan Lolavar, performed by the Carice Singers and composed for Cheltenham Music Festival as part of her time taking part in the RPS Composers programme. Other musical delights include the premiere of a new work by 2020-21 RPS Composer James B Wilson, and performances by two recent RPS Ensemble Award winners: Dunedin Consort and Manchester Collective.
