London Singers' Collective is hosting an evening celebrating women in classical music, with live performances and a panel discussion.

Our friends and RPS Premier Corporate Member London Singers' Collective, in a joint production with London Arts Seed Partners, and EMPOWER: Women Changing Music, will host an evening celebrating women in classical music.

The first half will showcase the music of composer & pianist Lilly Vadaneaux, with performances by soprano Philippa Boyle, flautist Sinéad Walsh, oboist Hannah Seymour, conductor Olivia Shotton, and The University of London Chamber Choir.

The programme will include:

Enough - for soprano, flute, oboe & piano

A Day in Autumn - for solo soprano

Salve Regina - for acapella chamber choir

The Lord’s Prayer - for acapella chamber choir

This will be followed by a panel discussion with the performers on the topic of 'celebrating the opportunities and challenges of the music industry through the female lens', hosted by Sinéad Walsh and Hannah Seymour, co-directors of EMPOWER.
