Nicola Benedetti

Tue 05 Nov 2019, 6:30pm - 8:00pm

Elizabeth Garrett Anderson School, Donegal Street, London N1

The RPS revives its longstanding tradition of newsworthy speeches by celebrated musical figures.

We have a musical heritage of which we should all be proud - but much has been said lately of Britain’s dwindling music education, and the dire consequences for our nation’s spirit if we let it fade. As she establishes a new foundation set to inspire and support young people nationwide, one of our most-loved classical artists Nicola Benedetti CBE makes a headline speech for the RPS on why music education matters.
