Many would say music speaks for itself. And yet audiences really value discovering more about the personalities, the passions and the humanity that brings music to the stage. We join forces with the much-loved Ludlow English Song Weekend which annually casts fresh facets on classical music, for a frank and illuminating conversation between two people dedicated to telling the stories about music: broadcaster and writer Katy Hamilton, and Oliver Soden, author of the revelatory RPS Award-winning Michael Tippett: The Biography, so popular since its publication this year that it has already been reprinted.
Tickets are £10. An exclusive allocation is available now for RPS Members which you can book through our website. Oliver Soden will be signing copies of Michael Tippett The Biography after the event.
