The government road map yet prohibits meetings like the AGM from occurring physically. Like last year, we shall conduct the business of the AGM digitally.
At 6pm on Tuesday 4 May on this page, RPS Members will be able to view our Chairman John Gilhooly here, accounting all the business of the AGM and the outcomes of voting on all resolutions. As social distancing prevents us getting together in person, all votes are being cast by Members in advance by our proxy voting form.
We have posted the Notice of the AGM on the RPS website (linked here) outlining the business to be addressed, and the usual matters requiring a vote.
The live stream will be visible above on Tuesday 4 May. The stream will begin shortly after 6.00pm and is expected to last about ten minutes. You'll also be able to watch the stream afterwards in the Members Area.
