Annual General Meeting

Every Spring, the RPS holds its Annual General Meeting: an opportunity for RPS Members to get together with the RPS Board of Trustees and management, and reflect on the charity's achievements and progress.

Central to this is the opportunity to share our Trustees’ Annual Report and Accounts with RPS Members, and for Members to approve any nominations for the prestigious RPS Gold Medal, and any appointments to the RPS Board of Trustees and advisory Council.

The Annual Report is intended to give you a comprehensive picture of all the charity’s activities and our financial progress over the year. You can read the latest edition below, charting the financial year from September 2023 to August 2024.

Our most recent AGM took place on Thursday 25 May 2025 at Swedenborg Hall in central London. Draft Minutes of this (to be approved at 2026's AGM) are presented below.
