This page is for those we have contacted by email to let them know they are shortlisted for this year's RPS Awards. Before submitting anything, please ensure you have read the relevant sections of the Shortlist Guidelines we have sent you (principally the 'First Steps' section on pages 5 to 7). These are also linked at the bottom of this page.
Before uploading the requested materials using the links below, please ensure you have clearly labelled the assets to include the name of your shortlisted entry.
To submit:
- Please click on the name of the Award category below for which you are shortlisted.
- This will direct you to the RPS Dropbox. Here it will ask you to upload your materials.
- Please upload these materials as requested. Onscreen it will acknowledge once this has finished uploading, so you do not need to check this with us.

The shortlists (for all categories except Inspiration and Gamechanger) will be announced on Monday 26 January 2026 and the winners revealed at the RPS Awards on Thursday 12 March 2026 at the Southbank Centre's Queen Elizabeth Hall, in London.
