- Jonathon Heyward, conductor
- Jennifer Martin, Chief Executive, The Cumnock Tryst
- James Williams, Managing Director, Royal Philharmonic Orchestra
- Oliver Condy, Editor, BBC Music Magazine
A fifth panellist had to withdraw at late notice.
