We invite you to join us for our biggest-ever RPS Awards, to be presented for the first time at London’s Queen Elizabeth Hall, in association with BBC Radio 3.
We are newly presenting the Royal Philharmonic Society Awards in a fresh and open format, with a vastly-reduced ticket price giving more music lovers and music makers than ever before the opportunity to get together and feel part of the festivities.
Our most recent RPS Awards took place in November 2021 at Wigmore Hall in London - you can freely watch our film of the event here. This was the first step in our new pledge to take the event each year to a different UK music venue, to meet and welcome more audiences.
We are pleased to announce the next RPS Awards will be at 7.00pm on Wednesday 1 March 2023 at Southbank Centre’s Queen Elizabeth Hall.
It promises to be a night to remember, featuring special guests and live music - and we'll be revealing more about that here on our website in the weeks to come. The presentation should conclude around 9.00pm and the foyer bars will stay open till late, giving you the chance to meet unsung heroes of classical music from across the UK and to rub shoulders with the stars. As ever, we invite attendees to dress ‘celebratory’.
Tickets are now available on Southbank Centre’s website. Top price is £30, and we are pleased to announce that over 200 seats this year are only £10. Please save the date, tell friends, and do join us if you can.
