This year's shortlist for the RPS Ensemble Award was decided by an independent panel drawn from across the music profession comprising:

Elise Brown – Director, Revere Arts
Sarah Bardwell – Managing Director, Royal Philharmonic Orchestra
Stephen Maddock – Principal, Royal Birmingham Conservatoire
